Table Timer
Add everyone at the table — or load the shared Participants list. Tap a person when they take the floor; tap them again to pause. The bars show each person's share of total talk time — visible balance does most of the moderating by itself.
Ways to use it
- Host discipline: in a two-person interview, keep the host under 25% of talk time.
- The balance table: in a group discussion, put the screen where everyone can see it and let the bars speak.
- Turn flag: set the turn flag to 90–120 seconds for meetings where monologues are the failure mode. A flagged row turns red until the floor changes hands.
