More than two hundred things to bring to a conversation. A palette move answers a trigger the conversation supplies — sprawl, jargon, a rehearsed answer. An exploration you carry in with you: a question form, a table format, an experiment. One line and one stem each; roll a hand instead of reading the whole bank, and an exploration you keep reaching for is auditioning for the palette.
Roll a hand
Tap cards to keep them, reroll the rest until the hand feels like tonight. Kept cards can go to Cue Cards for the table; log the roll and it lands in your rep log.

Palette moves carry six stems, a group, and usage counts because they repay drilling; an exploration is one line and one stem — enough to try it once. Move Roulette and Palette Draw deal the palette only.
